📋 1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the V MR HEALTH website (vmrhealth.shop) or placing an order with us via WhatsApp, phone, or any digital platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with an order.
V MR HEALTH is a healthy food and meal delivery service based in Anantapuramu, Andhra Pradesh. These terms govern your use of our services and any transactions you make with us.
🥗 2. Our Services
V MR HEALTH provides the following food services from our outlet located at Sri Swara Hospital Building, Ramnagar, Anantapuramu:
- Daily rotating menus for Morning, Afternoon, and Evening sessions
- Fresh salads, smoothies, juices, healthy tiffins, and balanced meals
- Order placement via our website's WhatsApp ordering system
- Home delivery within Anantapuramu (delivery zones apply)
Our menu rotates on a weekly basis (Monday to Sunday) to ensure variety and freshness. Items listed on a specific day are available only during that day's service window.
📦 3. Ordering & Menu Availability
All orders are subject to availability. By placing an order, you acknowledge the following:
- Orders must be placed during the respective service window: Morning (7 AM–11 AM), Afternoon (12 PM–3 PM), Evening (4 PM–9 PM).
- Menu items listed on the website are for the current weekly cycle. Availability may vary based on ingredient supply.
- We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with a similar item of equal or higher value, after informing the customer.
- Bulk orders (10+ items) may require prior notice of at least 2 hours.
Once an order is confirmed via WhatsApp, it is considered placed and accepted by V MR HEALTH. We will communicate any issues with fulfilment directly via WhatsApp.
💳 4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the menu are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any change will be reflected on the website menu.
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer. No card payments are currently accepted.
- Payment must be made at the time of delivery for COD orders.
🚚 5. Delivery
V MR HEALTH currently delivers within select areas of Anantapuramu city. By placing a delivery order, you confirm:
- Your delivery address is within our serviceable area.
- You or an authorized person will be available to receive the order at the specified address.
- Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volumes.
- V MR HEALTH is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery person will attempt to contact you via phone. After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled without refund.
❌ 6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests are governed by the following rules:
- Before preparation begins: Full cancellation is allowed if the request is made within 10 minutes of order placement via WhatsApp.
- After preparation begins: Cancellation is not possible once the food has been prepared. No refund will be issued.
- No-show at delivery: If the customer is unreachable and the order cannot be delivered, no refund will be issued.
For cancellation requests, please WhatsApp us at 8008804486 immediately after placing the order.
🌿 7. Health & Dietary Disclaimer
V MR HEALTH prepares food with health-conscious ingredients. However, we are not a medical dietary service. Please note:
- Our menu items may contain allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering.
- Nutritional information is approximate and provided in good faith. We do not guarantee specific caloric or nutritional values.
- Our food is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- Customers with specific medical dietary requirements should consult their physician before ordering.
⚠️ If you have a known food allergy, please mention it explicitly in your order message on WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination in our shared kitchen environment.
⚖️ 8. Limitation of Liability
V MR HEALTH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Delay or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (natural events, power outages, etc.)
- Adverse reactions to food items where allergy information was not provided by the customer
- Loss or damage caused by incorrect delivery information
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
🔒 9. Intellectual Property
All content on the V MR HEALTH website — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, menu design, photographs, and page layout — is the intellectual property of V MR HEALTH. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
This website is designed and maintained by VisionMatrix Tech, Anantapuramu.
📜 10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anantapuramu, Andhra Pradesh.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
